Shapoorji Pallonji, a prominent Indian construction conglomerate, has secured a design-and-build contract from Roshn, a leading real estate developer backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, for a significant residential project in Riyadh. The project involves the development of 429 single-family residential units within Phase Two of Roshn's flagship project, Sedra, in Riyadh. Shapoorji Pallonji Middle East will execute the project, aiming to create a vibrant community in a prime location of Saudi Arabia. The company expressed excitement about delivering high-quality homes with top-notch amenities for residents. These residential apartments are designed to offer a modern, integrated living experience with pedestrian-friendly surroundings and a rich array of amenities. Phase Two of the Sedra project will encompass a total of 2,171 units, focusing on sustainability with energy and water-efficient features. Additionally, the phase will prioritize pedestrian paths and slow mobility lanes, aligning with Roshn's commitment to sustainability and community-centric development.
