Dubai Unveils the World’s Thinnest Skyscraper
Dubai is set to redefine luxury living with a unique addition to its skyline: the Muraba Veil, an ultra-narrow skyscraper that will rise 1,247 feet and span only 74 feet in width. This 73-story tower, developed by Muraba and designed by the renowned Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes, will feature 131 exclusive apartments, each stretching the full width of the building and designed around an inner courtyard inspired by traditional Arabian homes. The residences will offer two to five bedrooms and come with amenities like a spa, private cinema, restaurant, gallery, and padel court. Its distinctive look includes a "veil"—a custom stainless steel mesh that reflects the sky’s hues, adding to the tower’s visual appeal.
Located beside Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road, the Muraba Veil is planned for completion by December 2028, with apartment prices starting at 18 million dirhams (about $4.9 million). This will be the fifth collaboration between Muraba and RCR Arquitectes, further cementing Dubai's place as a global leader in innovative architectural design.
