Abu Dhabi: Jubail Island awards contract for Jubail Town Centre

Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has awarded a AED400 million ($108.9 million) construction contract for the Jubail Town Centre in Souk Al Jubail to Bright Accord General Contracting Company. This development will include four office buildings and two residential structures, Jubail Terraces 7 and 8. Set to break ground in Q3 2024 and complete by Q3 2026, the Town Centre aims to be a family-oriented lifestyle destination featuring outdoor spaces, a mosque, a medical clinic, a nursery, a supermarket, fitness centers, over 40 retail shops, and five-star dining options. JIIC's Corporate Director, Abdulla Saeed Al Shamsi, emphasized the company’s commitment to creating high-quality developments that enhance the lives of Jubail Island residents and visitors, promoting a vibrant community that complements the island's natural beauty.
