Top 10 plans for Saudi Arabia's $1 trillion capital

Saudi Arabia is vigorously advancing its urban development initiatives, including the expansive New Murabba Development in Riyadh, set to become the world's largest downtown by 2030 with a budget exceeding $50 billion. Diriyah Gate, spanning 7.1 million sq m, has projects worth $12.6 billion in execution and $9.5 billion in the design phase. King Salman Park, a 16 sq km urban park, has over $5 billion worth of projects underway, with completion targeted for 2030. Sports Boulevard, a 135 km park, has secured $3.1 billion in awarded projects.
