The Al Habtoor Group has made notable progress on the Al Habtoor Tower project, achieving 33% completion within its first year. The tower features a rapid six-day floor cycle time and has been built efficiently with over 2.5 million accident-free working hours. Over 2,000 workers from German and Chinese firms are involved, and the project’s structural designs have been peer-reviewed by international engineering experts from institutions like Imperial College London and SETEC France. Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor emphasized that the tower represents Dubai’s construction innovation and sets a global benchmark in terms of sustainability and engineering excellence.
